A user ID and password are required to access Citi Online. You can create one right now using your Debit or Credit Card number, date of birth and card expiry date. We recommend that you change your password often by logging in to Citibank Online and visiting > My Profile > My Citibank Online Preferences > Change Password. Please ensure that you do not disclose your bank account or credit/debit card number, CVV (3 digit code on the back of your card), one time password and PIN to anyone.
